from the first gesture
to the last retouch.
At Morphée, an Écrin isn't ordered. It's built, patiently, with a single Patron at a time — never two in parallel, never outsourced, never compromised. Here is the path that leads there.
The intention
Everything starts with an application submitted through our Become a Patron form, or a personalized invitation extended to a house we've chosen to approach. Either way, the intention is the same: entering a demanding dialogue with an uncertain outcome.
The study
For about a month, we immerse ourselves in your house's universe — its history, its codes, what makes it irreplaceable. From this immersion comes a preliminary sketch, deliberately restrained and non-committal: it outlines a direction without ever revealing the substance of our method or the creative choices that will make your Écrin singular.
This restraint isn't a formality; it is the very condition of the secrecy we owe every one of our Patrons, past and future.
The meeting
A first in-depth exchange takes place with a Morphée lead. Before any strategic discussion, a non-disclosure agreement is signed. Nothing said from that moment on leaves the room.
The synthesis
The information gathered is consolidated, cross-checked, prioritized. This is when a strategy takes shape — ours, designed for you alone.
The design
A small, focused team sets to work: psychologist, graphic studio, technical expert, marketing expert. From their dialogue a sketch emerges — the first tangible form of your Écrin.
The presentation & the commitment
The sketch is presented to you. You accept it, adjust it, or decline it — no decline at this stage carries any cost to you. If you accept, a service agreement, a quote, and a schedule with a built-in safety margin are sent to you. Nothing begins before your signature.
The build
Your Écrin takes shape. Morphée blocks its calendar for you, and you alone, until delivery. This exclusivity has a price: a first payment of 40% is due when this phase begins.
It is non-refundable — not on principle, but because it corresponds to time we have chosen to devote to you alone — to the mechanical refusal of every other house during this period.
The first version
A complete version of your Écrin is delivered to you in pre-production. This is the first time you see it come alive.
The acceptance testing
You have 15 business days to test, validate, and request the necessary adjustments. At the end of this period, a second payment of 30% is due, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt.
The rollout & the balance
The final adjustments are made, then your Écrin goes live. The balance, 30%, is due before it actually goes live. Full ownership of your Écrin — code, assets, content — is transferred to you upon full payment of this balance.
Afterward
For two years from launch, retouches are included: your Écrin keeps being looked after, with the same care as at its birth. Past that period, a dedicated form — distinct from the one for new applications — lets you request a renewal of your Patron status.
conditions
The price of your Écrin is set before any work begins and remains non-negotiable through delivery. No data relating to your house or your Écrin is hosted outside France (ISO 27001-certified, GDPR-compliant data centres). Secrecy around every Écrin is total: we present no public portfolio, and every strategic exchange is covered by a non-disclosure agreement signed beforehand.
Eleven stages. One house at a time. Never a lesser version.
